How often to have it done

Every four to eight weeks keeps windows consistently clear. Homes near main roads, trees or building work pick up grime faster and suit the shorter end of that range.

One-off cleans are fine too. Once the first clean is done we’ll ask if you’d like to go regular, and you can stop any time.

While we’re there, gutter clearing and fascia and soffit cleaning finish off the front of the house.

What is pure water window cleaning?
Water is filtered to remove minerals, then fed through a pole with a soft brush. With nothing left in the water to leave marks, the glass dries clear without spots or streaks.
Do you clean upper-floor windows?
Yes. Our water-fed poles reach up to 45ft from the ground, so most three and four storey homes are fine.
Can you clean Velux and roof windows?
It depends on access. Some can be reached from outside with the pole; others are best cleaned from the inside. Mention them in the notes when you book and we'll let you know.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can reach the back of the house. Leave the side gate unlocked and we'll take it from there.
